It is not about what you are good at, what you have achieved but feeling good from the inside. You are a decent loving person who has many positive attributes. The things you do well can help build your self esteem and make you feel good about yourself. However, the love for yourself should come from loving yourself deep within for the person you are and not just what you do.
Focus on your positive character, your internal drive, your desire to be good, to learn about yourself, to help others etc. You are good. You should believe it. From within.
