These relaxed, informative sessions will help improve confidence not only in sport but in life in general whilst giving the individual a sense of accomplishment, and help to reach peak performance. The athlete will recieve a workbook to give them skills and techniques to use in both major sporting events, and everyday life.
The sessions can include: Basic Mental Skills; Performance Profiling; Goal Setting; Building Confidence; Self Talk; Pre-performance Routines; Dealing with anxiety; Dealing with mistakes; and Nutritional advice.
