I liked: the style, the content, the information, it was thought provoking, it was well structured, and made you think what needs to be done at the club. the worksheets provided; enthusiastic tutor, questioning to analyze more deeply. I learned: re-focused on what we are offering and the stage we are at; How to make the club more welcoming to females and what barriers to be overcome, tools for reflection, I learned profiling, and the areas I need to improve in. I would change: more people.
Actions participants are taking forward: I will start: change the club philosophy to include female members and players; link with other clubs based at the facility, allocating time for refection and preparation; making more time; and being more organized. I will continue to: Moving the club forward; reflecting on procedures; to be enthusiastic and motivating as well as welcoming to encourage more female members to come into the club; updating knowledge as able, and reflecting on my coaching; use different ways to feedback; participate in CPD to increase knowledge; communicate with coaches; welcome club first impression; female social side to club and keep talking to committee.
I will stop: trying to accommodate everyone; portraying cricket as a male sport and change people's closed mindsets, and putting things off. I will stop thinking about communicating with females differently and think of individual perspective. I will try and make sure that female members are present on the committee and hopefully parents, and have more focus on player reps.

'I do karate for the national scotland squad and had to overcome a major injury which left me to get two surgeries. I really struggled to get back to top level sport. Tracy has really helped me to get my positive mental attitude again. I feel more confident now, more motivated and I have found ways to overcome my injury get rid of all the negative thoughts. Tracy has helped me to set and achieve new goals and I have realised what aspects of my sports are important to me and what aspects I am good at and what ones I need to develop further. Tracy has helped me to stop focussing on the bigger goal and help me set smaller goals to keep my motivatin levels. I have learned new strategies to help me overcome my pain from the injury and feel more confident in my abilities.I would like to thank Tracy very much for all her help and support and look forward to continuing to work with her.'
How would you rate the psychology taken part in? Excellent What did you enjoy about the psychology? Very personal and specific techniques used that work best for me. How has the psychology helped you?I have come a long way since having one on one psychology sessions with Tracy. She took time to listen and understand all aspects of my life and figured out ways that different techniques could work best for me. For example rather than writing and reading long passages, she uses audio e.g. voice recordings and music and short sharp quotes that help motivate me. I always feel better for the next few weeks following our meetings. I am fitter, enjoying life more, happier in my personal life and looking forward to a bright future. All with the help of an awesome psychologist and friend :).

"We had Tracy work with the group of boys we are currently coaching at football and found her input with the boys to be extremely helpful, also on a personal note I attended one of the positive coaching classes Tracy had put on for Hutchison Vale which was very helpful to myself in my own coaching role."Head Coach
"I would like to thank you on behalf of my son for the sessions that you did recently with the under 12 Hutchy team. He found them really useful particularly the goal setting session and the agility and speed sessions. The goal setting has really made him look at setting both short and long term goals and focussed him on how he can work to try to achieve these. The speed/agility sessions were good also, the boys are all so competitive and it would be really useful to do again at some point in the future to see if they have improved. Watching the boys play recently there definitely seem to working better as a team and communicating and celebrating well together which is good to see and I am sure this will bode well for them in the future, particularly next year in their first competitive season. Many thanks again and hopefully you can do some more work with them in the future". 'The program helped me to be confident in myself. It was fun. It could have been improved by having more sessions'

Hutchison Vale Women's Premier League Team
'"Tracy has been working with the Women’s Team at Hutchison Vale for 4 months now. The impact the sessions have had on both the individuals and team as a whole have been astounding and have far exceeded my expectations from when Tracy and I first discussed the idea. Tracy’s ability to be able to engage with players on a one to one level and as a group are excellent and they have really embraced this new method of coaching. The team has come together and bonded through these sessions and the benefits on the pitch are clear to see, not only through results but in areas such as teamwork, self confidence and positive thinking. All these areas have benefited every player and taken their game to an improved level which has contributed to better team performances which was one of our aims this season. We look forward to this feature becoming a regular component in our training routine." HeadCoach, Women's Premier League Team.
'Tracy's sessions have made a real difference to our football team this season. It not only gives us a forum to talk about our personal and team performances, but Tracy has also introduced some really great strategies that are easy to implement on and off the pitch. This helps us communicate better as a team and find positives in our performances. On a personal level, I've found that i'm able to relax a lot more at training and in game situations. We all make mistakes, but it's how well we are prepared to deal with them and move on that counts. And thanks to Tracy, I think we've all benefitted from her call to "live in the moment". You'll have to try a session to find out what that means! As a team, we always come away from Tracy's sessions feeling more positive and ready for the next challenge!'
'I play for Hutchison Vale Ladies Football Club and Tracys psychology sessions were not only a big part of our preseason training and but are an existing part of our current training regime. Her early group sessions were excellent since they allowed us to identify our strengths and weakness and she worked al ot with us on goal setting and visualisation. Personally i feel more positive about what i can achieve and i feel that the team has become more relaxed and confident about what they can acheive too. Tracy creates a relaxed environment allowing us to share our thoughts and ideas.'

"I have had the pleasure of working with and supervising Tracy Donachie as she exemplified her roles as a Mental Health Counselor at Keystone Residential in Newport News, VA. Tracy consistently performed above and beyond her job requirements. She has a vast wealth of knowledge in the Mental Health field. She has experience on how to properly diagnose youth with metal illness, therapeutic interventions, along with documenting Ms. Donachie established a trusting rapport with Residents and their parents. This is evident as many times youth have participated in community based activities/functions solely because of Ms. Donachie's presence. Her management ability exceeds in multiple and diverse tasks. She is well organized, mission oriented and self-motivated.She has an innate ability to focus on the positive aspects of a difficult situation. Ms. Donachieis a dedicated team player who has worked with youth ranging from elementary to high school. She has been commended by parents, teachers, and her peers for her ability to recognize crisis and being swift to utilize verbal de-escalation techniques. I highly recommend Ms. Donachie for any position she applies, as she will be a great asset to your organization". LaTrice (Garrett) Perry.
In the World of Soccer
'Tracey, it is wonderful to see you thriving and inspiring again. We miss you in the United States! Carson would not have the wonderful success of today in soccer without your training and positive influence in her life! You worked her hard while teaching her to love the sport of soccer! Keep up the great work!'
'Tracy worked with and coached my daughter Caroline when Tracy lived in Norfolk VA while attending Old Dominion University. Tracy's knowledge and dedication to the game of soccer inspired these very young players to develop the skills necessary to play the sport at a much higher level than they thought themselves capable.
My daughter, and so many other other young ladies continue to strive for excellence, both on and off the athletic field, as a result of those values instilled by Coach Tracy. We miss you Coach Tracy ! Scotland has regained a true national treasure that we here in the States were fortunate enough to share for a short while.Everyone from the Hampton Roads Strikers (formerly know as Athletic Club of Norfolk) sends a big "we miss you" to Coach Tracy.'
"Thank you so much for your coaching. Kyra grew phenomenally under your tutelage, and can see from a great player how she can get better and better. I have been talking for years about goals so very glad to have you come alongside her to recommend that as well. She could still use the prompting but it is a start."
" Thanks again for your earlier work with our son. We appreciated your support and guidance. He learned so much from you"
