Through self study, I already had a pretty firm foundation in nutrition and exercise which was further expanded with my work and training with Edinburgh Leisure and the NHS for the Get Going and Health 4U Program. I currently teach on the Get Going Training which is a healthy weight management programme for families whilst Health 4U is an 8 week program geared to third year girls to help them understand various components of health and physical activity. I have helped develop health and nutrition programs for my job, and have been teaching in various settings. Tomorrow I am looking forward to delivering workshops at the Parliament for staff.
