Today I had a meeting were I met with Venture Trust and the Malawi Project and discussions left to progressing by leaving your comfort zone. A way that you can learn and grow is by doing something that takes you out of your comfort zone. For example, it's the easiest thing to continue to do what you have always done and what the famous saying said...."if you always do what you have always done, then you will always get what you've always got." Therefore to get different results you must be willing to so something new, do something that scares you, do something that takes you out of the zone that you have always known and helps you grow. Do one thing a day that scares you. This helps promote growth but also helps you slowly step closer to self actualisation, and the zone where you are inspired to learn. People who have addictions or lead Unhealthy lifestyles often continue to be in their habits because they stay in the environment they know best and repeat the behaviours they have used to cope. In order to step away from repeating unhealthy behaviours we should find ways to get closer to our learning zone. By confronting fears and dealing different. Head first. New tactics. Setting goals. Finding new passions. Learning about oneself and how to be best can be. Through learning and growing. Do something that challenges you. Do something that scares you. Have a new experience everyday. Break a habit. Change a routine. Speak when you are usually quiet or be quiet when you usually speak. Do something different. Everyday. To be a better you. What have you done today that makes you feel proud?
