I was able to help the Under 12 Hutchison Vale boys deal with the pressure they put on themselves to be perfect, and victorious on all occasions. The boys were amazing and participate so well during the sessions. We also looked at character building, and the importance of different aspects of character that are important in life such as motivation and communication. The boys were extremely enthuasistic and were able to communicate effectively. I used various fun exercise to build team cohesion as well as individual confidence such as looking at individual strengths and how you can use them in an effective way. Both on and off the football park. Well done boys.
