Coursera offers online courses from various universities all over the world. I recently completed three course and received my grades and certificates for two of them with distinction.
I completed 'nutrition, health and lifestyle: issues and insights' through Vanderbelt University and also 'Child Nutrition and Cooking' through Stanford University'.
There was a lot of nutrition knowledge that I gained through studying and information that I can take into my teaching. With the different assessments, it also made me more conscious of what I cook. Any information on nutrition needed, feel free to contact me.
