'I am not good enough!' Replace negative self talk with positive encouragement. Often, we speak to ourselves in ways we would never speak to anyone else. Why do we think it is okay to be negative towards self? Why is it okay to fill head with self defeating thoughts? If someone else was to say 'you are not good enough' to you, would you accept it? I hope not. Would you defend it? I hope so. So why do we find it okay to say those things to ourselves. Try to build yourself up the way you build others up. What are some things you say to your team-mates when their confidence is low? Try saying these things to yourself. Be your own coach. Be your own inspiration. Believe in yourself. And this will allow others to believe in you too.
