I would wish that everyone tries to follow the Live Well Pledge.
Hungry = your body is asking for fuel.
Foods = enjoyment in taking time to taste foods and how I feel eating them, and how is my energy afterwards.
Foods = chose foods I like and make me feel good - take time to tune into the flavours and question what you enjoy.
Fullness = When I feel full, I have control to stop eating. I eat to fuel my body and give me the energy I need.
Body = enjoy moving my body. I will find ways to enjoy exercise and physical activity.
Body = I will look at my body kindly and treat it with love and respect. I will treat myself as I want others to treat me.
